"Windows to the Soul" - Phase II
If you submitted a poem for the "Windows to the Soul" compilation,
please complete the form below to book your shoot date & time.
Requests are on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive a
confirmation via email of the date and time you have been booked.
Be sure to select your preferred date / time as well as an alternate
date / time, should your first choice already be taken.

Shoot location will be confirmed with you upon receipt of your
date request. Date availability will be updated as often as possible.
